“Claude, Elijah had nothing to do about what happened to Kenji. We would really have to confront it and deal with it.”
- Reinhardt to Claude
Reinhardt is Kenji, Genji, and Zoroaster's eldest brother who is King Jethro's chosen Wielder of Darkness element and a shadow master. Reinhardt is the only Wielder who has "third-eye", a unique ability to see unusual things such as dark shadows and black auras invisible to the human naked eye.
Reinhardt is a very intelligent person and a good leader. He is the most patient, kindest, trustworthy, and a very understanding Explorer guy. Reinhardt is an optimistic person though he is chosen to become the Wielder of a dark element.
Reinhardt's eyes are brown as well as his hair. His hair is in medium length. His skin color is fair. His body built is average, and he is six-foot tall. He is the second to the tallest Element Wielder who is Prince Maximus.
His strongest appetite is puto, a kind of steamed rice cake in Philippine cuisine that he normally eats even while on a special mission. In the novel, Reinhardt eats puto all the time.
Other Appearances Edit
Silent Shadows Edit
Reinhardt makes his special appearance in Kirsten Nimwey's new dark fantasy title called, "Silent Shadows". In this novel appearance he is a Reaper named Rei - a masked, shadowless Grim Reaper (Death) who has a mission to defeat Corvus who is a bogeyman. He is a friend and companion of Alexis Briant, who is the main protagonist of the novel.
Reinhardt, as a boy's name has the meaning "brave counsel; strong decision; fox" and is a variant of Rainart (Old German). Also a variant of Reynard (Old German, Old French): the French word for fox, "renard", comes from medieval European animal stories in which the cunning fox is known as "Reynard" in reference to his cleverness.
- Before the name Reinhardt, his first ever name was Rainier.
- Reinhardt's main signature is his long, grayish scarf.
- For having the most positive attitudes among the characters of the novel, Reinhardt is obviously Tyrone's exact opposite.
- Reinhardt loves puto so much. Puto is a kind of steamed rice cake in Philippine cuisine.
