The Explorers is the first and featured anime-themed novel series authored by Kirsten Nimwey. This novel is about the story of fourteen chosen men entrusted to become the possessors of fourteen long-lost elements of the great king and god to save the world from tribulation, disorder, and chaos.
The novel was published in its two editions: The Explorers (Tagalog Edition) and The Explorers (English Edition). The Tagalog edition was first published on November 2013 with three volumes in paperback format, while the English edition was published on March 2014 with only its first part of the novel (Book 1).
